2: Select the installation location
choose a suitable installation location to facilitate the foundation and installation of the street light pole. Be careful not to choose a humid place to prevent the street light pole from being unstable.
3: Insulation test
use a megohmmeter to remotely measure the insulation resistance between lines and to the ground, check whether the cable is intact, whether there is leakage, and all test values ??should meet the requirements of the specification. After the telemetry is completed, the core wire should be grounded and discharged, and the cable end should be sealed with a rubber sleeve and then wrapped with tape.
4: Street light installation
the installation height (light source to the ground), elevation angle, and lighting direction of the street lights at the same location should be consistent.
5: The longitudinal center line of the lamp installation should be consistent with the longitudinal center line of the lamp arm
and the horizontal horizontal line of the lamp should be parallel to the ground, and there should be no skew after tightening.
6: The lamp head is firmly fixed
the adjustable lamp head should be adjusted to the correct position according to the design, and the lamp head wiring should comply with the regulations.
7: Tighten various nuts
and add gaskets and spring pads.
8: Pouring
put the embedded parts into the pit and pour cement. During the pouring process, pay attention to stabilize the embedded parts and ensure that the embedded parts are straight.
9: Fix the LED street light
After the foundation is dry, fix the bottom flange of the assembled LED street light with the embedded parts and tighten the screws.
Solar transformation of existing old lamp poles and street lights. Simple solar street lights can be used. Simple solar street lights combine solar panels, batteries, and lamps reasonably and effectively. You only need to fix the hoop behind the simple solar street light on the lamp pole to achieve solar lighting. Remove the old lamp pole and carry out the transformation.
