Before installation, inspections must be done. The cross-section of each filament can be checked. If it is a copper core wire, it cannot be less than 0.4mm2, and if it is a copper core wire, it cannot be less than 0.5mm2.
If the LED ceiling lamp is installed in masonry materials, it must be fixed with plastic plugs or expansion bolts. The embedded bolts must be fixed, and wooden wedges cannot be used to avoid accidents caused by insufficient load-bearing capacity of the object. When using expansion bolts, the correct specifications should be selected regardless of the drilling depth or drill bit diameter.
There are many types of LED lamp packaging, generally nothing more than pin type and SMD type. The reverse pin is connected with a wire to form a circuit; another type of SMD lamp bead is mounted and soldered on the surface of the PCB circuit board, and the surface relies on the PCB circuit to form a circuit. High-power LEDs also need to use aluminum-based circuit boards with high thermal conductivity for heat conduction, and then add heat sinks for heat dissipation to be used normally. The device should not be too close to the heating element, the working conditions cannot exceed the specified limit, and the LED must not be installed when the pin is deformed.
It is recommended to use a guide sleeve for positioning when installing the LED. Before the welding temperature returns to normal, the LED should be protected from any vibration or external force.
1: Number of fixing holes. When fixing the lamp head, the number of bolts must not be less than the number of holes fixed on the base, and the bolt diameter should match the hole diameter. If there is no fixed mounting hole on the base of the lamp, each bolt should have no less than two holes. This way the lamp is safer after installation.
2: For embedded installation of LED flat panel lights, first remove a piece of ceiling, place the driver of the panel light on the ceiling next to it, then connect the power cord, and then put the panel light on it. The installation method is relatively simple.
3: Ordinary lamp installation sequence, plastic (wood) bracket installation, pass the lamp wire through the outlet hole of the plastic (wood) bracket, put the plastic (wood) bracket close to the building surface, align the installation hole of the plastic (wood) bracket with the screw hole of the lamp holder box, and fix the plastic (wood) bracket firmly with machine screws.
4: Lantern installation sequence, combined ceiling lantern installation: according to the position of the embedded bolts and the lamp holder box, use an electric drill to open the installation hole and outlet hole on the lamp support plate. Insert the wire into the lamp holder box as much as possible, and then align the support plate installation hole with the embedded bolt, so that the support plate is close to the ceiling, tighten it with nuts, adjust each lamp holder, hang various decorations of the lamp, and install the lamp tube and bulb.
