LED chip for general lighting are 0.5w-5w, and the operating voltage is around 3-3.2V.
What are the parameters of 1-watt white light LED lamp beads? We generally design them to be 3.6—4.2V, 0.2—0.3A. There are many 15W lamp beads now, you can refer to them. Halimbawa, cree mce, cree t6.
