Why LED lights flicker frequently

The reason for flickering may be that the load current is too large or the load voltage is too small, which is lower than the low output voltage of the power supply and causes automatic protection.

ที่ LED lamp beads do not match the LED driver power supply. Under normal circumstances, a single 1W lamp bead withstands current: 280-300mA, voltage: 3.0-3.4วี. If the lamp bead chip power is not enough, it will cause the light source to flicker. If the current is too large, the lamp bead will flicker if it cannot withstand it. In serious cases, the gold or copper wire built into the lamp bead will be burned.

1: The flickering of LED lights belongs to the latter case: the light goes out during the charging process of the capacitor-because the internal current of the capacitor is very small, the charging speed is very slow. When the capacitor is fully charged, the electric energy is released at one time, and the light will be lit, but because the stored electric energy is very small, the light will go out quickly-repeated charging and discharging.

2: If outdoor lamps also flicker and go out, it means that the lamp has been flooded, and the lamp beads and driver are broken. If the driver is waterproof, only the lamp beads are broken, and the light source can be replaced.

3: Even in LED driver applications that provide optimal power factor correction and support thyristor dimming, electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters are required. The transient current caused by the thyristor step will excite the natural resonance of the inductor and capacitor in the EMI filter.

4: The switch controls the neutral line. The switch controls the neutral line, that is, the live wire is directly connected to the lamp (capacitor). If there is a low potential in the line at this time, a potential difference will be formed-another name for the potential difference is voltage. But the potential difference at this time is much smaller than 220V. When the voltage is applied to both ends of the capacitor, a weak current will be generated.

5: The neutral line is easy to be charged-especially the neutral line of the lamp. Mainly because the light switch is too unreliable.

6: The voltage sampling circuit is improperly designed, the power supply voltage is too low, lower than the normal working voltage, resulting in the failure of the power supply to start.
