Design and assembly of LED underground lights

LED underground lights have various colors, and can achieve red, yellow, blue, green, white, colorful jump, gradient and other effects.

LED underground lights have the characteristics of high brightness, low energy consumption, soft light, no glare, etc., and their efficiency can reach 85%.

The input voltage of high-power LED underground lights is AC 220V or DC 24V. The light source can use standard low-power light source and high-power 1W light source, COB light source. This type of lamp is widely used in the lighting of green belts, parks, lawns, courtyards, pedestrian streets, squares and other places.

The glass of LED underground lamps must be tempered and stress-free. Its strength should be able to withstand an impact force of 2~4N/cm and a thickness of 5-10mm. The hardness of the rubber ring must reach 35H, and a U-shaped rubber ring must be used, because such a rubber ring can be directly put on the glass.

Before installing the LED underground lamp, you must organize the various parts of the lamp. LED underground lamps are special landscape LED lamps buried underground. If a part is missing during installation, it is very troublesome to reinstall. Before installing LED underground lamps, you should first dig a pit according to the size of the embedded parts, and then fix the embedded parts with concrete.

The embedded parts isolate the main body of the LED underground lamp from the soil, which can ensure the service life of the LED underground lamp. Before installing the LED underground lamp, you should prepare IP67 or IP68 wiring devices to connect the external power input to the power cord of the lamp body. In addition, the power cord of the LED underground lamp must use a VDE-certified waterproof power cord to ensure the service life of the LED underground lamp. The waterproof lens and tempered glass must be kept at a certain distance to avoid affecting the light quality.

The input current of the high-power LED underground lamp is AC 220V or DC 24V. The light source can use standard low-power (5 or SMD2835, SMD5730, SMD5630) light source and high-power 1W light source, COB light source. This type of lamp is widely used in road greening, ecological parks, courtyards, commercial streets, underground parking lots, city squares and other places.

The waterproof lens must be kept at a certain distance from the tempered laminated glass to avoid affecting the light quality. Regarding the design of the wiring hole, many people use the traditional PG7 to solve the waterproof problem of LED underground lamps. This is also a misunderstanding. The traditional PG is waterproofed by adding a round rubber ring and pressing the outer shell. Because the contact surface between the rubber ring and the lamp body is limited, if it is used outdoors for rain protection, there is no problem. If it is used on LED underground lamps, it is indeed worth discussing. The V-shaped rubber ring is pressed into the V-shaped hole through a nut to prevent water from penetrating from the edge of the rubber ring and around the wire skin. The rubber ring uses a large and thick flat round gasket, and the wire inlet is sealed with epoxy resin.

The rubber pad between the upper cover and the lamp body, the above method is for waterproofing the lower part of the lamp body, and here we are talking about waterproofing the upper part of the lamp body. Some people use stainless steel shells as lamp bodies and find that water still enters the lamp because the water or moisture here is not handled well and is sucked in.
